Since November 2009 I have been following artist B.O.B. aka Bobby Ray. I bought the XXL 2009 freshmen preview issue that named Bobby as an artist to watch in 2009. “Haters Everywhere” put him on the map in Atlanta earlier in 2007, but he made no large scale impact in following months. Although ’09 wasn’t especially exciting for BOB, 2010 has been his biggest year yet. His debut album “The Adventures of Bobby Ray” topped the charts along with his single “Airplanes.”

Rich, Not Arrogant, Joe Brat’s first mixtape, sums up his life growing up in Europe and the trials and tribulations that he has gone through to get where he is now. I personally produced the instrumentals for this album, and I know that a lot of hard work and time has been put into the final product. A lot of realness is dropped on this mixtape and should be listened to thoroughly. Joe is straight out of the EU, particularly Sweden and London. He has a swag that you haven’t heard before, and a style that suits all occasions. Joe Brat has a passion for creating music that stays true to his culture, and his passion shows throughout the duration of his mixtape. With a mind driven for success, we should expect much more heat from Joe Brat in the future!
